    The Northern Westmoreland Career & Technology Center (NWCTC) is a part time career and technology school.   NWCTC accepts students according to its admissions policy.  The lack of English language proficiency will not be a barrier to admission and participation in Career & Technical Education programs.  NWCTC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, age, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, ancestry, national origin, marital status, genetic information, pregnancy or handicap/disability in its activities, programs or employment practices as required by federal, state or local law and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups in accordance with approved school policy.
